I want to contact the host.
On the same page where you purchased your ticket, you’ll find a “Contact the Organizer” button in the footer. Fill out this form to trigger a direct email to the event organizer.
If the organizer is unresponsive, use this form to submit a case to Splash’s support team.
I need a refund.
Splash leaves all refund decisions to the discretion of the event organizer. Use the instructions above to contact the organizer with your refund request.
If your request is consistent with the event organizer’s refund policy, then they can issue a refund. Once a refund is issued, you’ll receive an email confirming that the credit is being processed. The funds will be credited back to your credit card within 1-4 business days,
If the organizer is unresponsive, submit a case to Splash’s support team.
Once a refund has been triggered, it is not reversible.
My credit card was declined.
First, make sure you correctly entered the security code and zip code associated with your card.
Many times, the decline may be due to your bank or credit card institution. In these instances, a quick phone call may provide more insight into why the decline took place, and immediate action can be taken on their end.
If you’re still having trouble, submit a case to Splash’s support team.
My discount code doesn’t work.
There are several reasons why a discount code may not work:
- Incorrect Code: Make sure there are no blank spaces before or after the code. If you misspelled the code by a single character, it won't work.
- Invalid Ticket Type: Your discount code may be applicable to certain ticket types.
- Expired or Limited Time Codes: Event organizers can take a discount code out of circulation at any time. They can also limit the number of times a discount code is used or the date range that a discount code is available for.
If you believe your code should be working, use these instructions to contact the organizer.
I didn’t receive my tickets.
First, make sure to check your spam folder or Gmail’s Promotions tab. If you have a corporate email address, it's possible that a firewall or spam filter blocked the message — or the ticket attachment may be clipped.
If you need your ticket resent, reach out to the event organizer or submit a case to Splash’s support team with the event URL and last four digits of your card number.
I want to transfer my ticket to someone else.
Event organizers can have different policies around ticket transfers.
Use these instructions to contact the event’s organizer and request a transfer.
