How do I create events using the Virtual Branded Theme?

With Splash's Virtual Branded Themes, you’ll be up and running in minutes with everything you need for a virtual event — from registration pages to customized emails and a post-event experience. This theme is available for all Enterprise customers.

 

To access the theme:

  1. Create a Splash event from your Events Dashboard.

    or Themes Dashboard, depending on your team's workflow.

  2. Be sure to select the "Webinar" event type when creating your event. Image_2020-04-02_at_3.00.31_PM.png
  3.  Next, we will select our theme. Depending on your account, you might see a couple of different things here.
    • If you do not have Branded Themes, then the Virtual Branded Theme will appear under the Recommended tab: Image_2020-04-02_at_11.35.22_AM.png
    • If you do have Branded Themes, then the Virtual Branded Theme will appear under the Branded tab: Image_2020-04-02_at_11.38.46_AM.png
  4. Since you selected "Webinar" as your event type, when you click on "Recommend" or "Branded", all themes made specifically for virtual events will appear. 
  5. Next, select the theme.
  6. Lastly, continue to edit the event page's design, registration form, and confirmations. Check out our virtual event features that'll ensure your virtual event goes off without a hitch.
