How do I set up separate calendar invites for each ticket type?

If you're throwing a ticketed event with multiple time slots, you will want to make sure your guests have the right information to make their appointment! Splash helps make this 1simple by sending guests calendar attachments with their specific ticket information.

Let's get started! To send specific calendar invites per ticket type, you will set a custom date/time for each ticket type.

1. Head to your Tickets tab from the Event Overview page:

2. Click into the ticket type and check the "Customize Date & Times" checkbox:

3. Set the ticket time and save! Note: the time set must be within the main date/time set in your Event Settings:

 Now, when your guest purchases the ticket, this ticket type's specific time will appear in the calendar invite:



If someone purchases multiple ticket types, they'll see separate calendar invites for each:
