It's the day of the event. Guests have already checked into the main event, so now tracking the check-in numbers for individual Sessions begins!
Luckily, the process to check guests into Sessions is the same process as checking guests into the main event. If you need a refresher course on checking in attendees to your main event, check out our Checking in Guests On-Site article.
To check guests into Sessions via the Host app, first be sure that you have selected the Sessions tab. This tab will list all unique Sessions and includes individual session titles, dates, times, and guest numbers to help streamline the check-in process.
Select the Session you'd like to check in guests for by clicking on the Session name. From here, you'll be taken to the Session's guest list:
Swipe right on the guest's name to check them into the Session or click into the contact card and hit "Check In Guest."
If a check-in has been made in error, or a guest is no longer attending the Session, the "Undo Check In" button can be used to update the guest's status:

At the bottom of the Sessions guest list you'll find a check-in bar along with three icons. These are conveniently placed to help make managing your guest list easier during the check-in process.
- This is where the percentage of guests checked into the session will be tracked.
- The magnifying glass can be used to search for a guest within the session.
- The addition sign allows for guests to be manually added to the session. This is particularly helpful if there is extra capacity in a session and a guest would like to attend at the last minute.
- On the bottom right is a QR scanner. This is typically used to check-in attendees to the main event rather than sessions, but can be used if a guest has missed the main attendee check-in!
