If I schedule an email, do my recipients update dynamically? Follow
The short answer is yes! But only if you add your recipients using the Quick List functionality.
First, what are Quick Lists? Quick Lists are a way to quickly add recipients who are living on your event.
So, if you have 10 guests that are Awaiting Reply that you want to send a save the date email to, you can quickly add those with that status to your event.
How does the update work? Well, let's say you have 10 people registered to attend your event, and you want to schedule a Reminder email for 2 days beforehand. You just have to add the "Attending" dropdown and schedule the email for two days before your event. But, you're still receiving RSVPs up until then, so those additional guests then get added!
Your 10 becomes 20 and requires no additional work from you to send that Reminder email!
