Badge Printing with the Android Host app

Buckle up, because checking in your guests with the Splash's Host app on Android just got even more practical and convenient!

In a few quick steps, you can connect a Brother Badge Printer to your Host app and print badges for your incoming guests. Even better, the settings allow you to trigger automatic printing upon check-in and select your primary and secondary labels.

Be sure to connect your badge printer to the same WiFi network that your Android device is connected to (you can read more about these directions here). Once this is complete, setting up for badge printing at your event is easily done in a few quick steps:

Step 1: Select the event from your Host app.

Step 2: Click the gear icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.

Step 3: Select Connect to a printer and accept the following prompts that appear.

Step 4: Once the printer name you're looking for populates on the screen, select it.

Step 5: Save the configurations you want when printing badges such as toggling Auto Print on Check-In on or off, selecting the Paper Size, and setting the Primary and Secondary Labels.

Step 6: Begin checking your guests in.

You can also print badges directly from the guest details card. Check it out in action below!
