How do I update my confirmation email template? Follow
Have an RSVP Yes Confirmation template that you have created in your Email Sender, but it’s not the template being emailed to your guests? No need to worry, we can update the template being used!
First, we need to go to your Confirmation touchpoint:
From there, make sure you are under your RSVP Yes Confirmations:
Then, select Design under the Email:
Now, select Change Template under your layout tree on the right hand side:
On the next screen, you need to select the template you want to have as your Confirmation email:
You will then get a pop-up that will you need to confirm the change of the template:
Be sure to hit save!
Just like that you have updated your Confirmation email template!
