Although Splash allows you to edit the messaging on your tickets and their confirmations, we currently don't support editing the design or content of the refund receipt email, sent after refunding a ticket order.
These notifications are automatically processed by our payment system to ensure your guest is notified of the transaction immediately.

If you'd like to reach out to refunded guests, they will be highlighted as red in the RSVPs section of your Ticketed event. You can also utilize the Filter Responses dropdown to isolate the refunded guests as needed.
To send an email to the refunded guests through Splash, export the selected attendees and head to the Email Sender tab. Check out our article on adding recipients to your emails for the steps to upload your CSV.
