To prepare your guest list import, be sure to remove all extra spaces and characters from the email address column. Otherwise, your guests could be marked as invalid and not imported.

Spreadsheet applications often have multiple features that remove additional characters:

• Text to Columns - splits data into multiple columns based on a character type
• Trim Function - uses the function "=TRIM(A1)" to remove extra spaces before and after text
