Splash does not support forwarding emails originally sent from our Email Sender because we cannot control how the content will appear when it is sent outside of our platform.

Depending on the email provider used, a Splash email that is forwarded may appear blank. This is not universal, but we cannot guarantee that the content will appear the same as when it is sent directly from the Splash Email Sender.

Because of this, we do not recommend relying on forwarding as a means of sending out email communication, and instead advise sending emails directly through Splash or exporting the email html and using another platform to send if needed: How do I export the HTML for an email I designed in Splash?
