Why won't my Calendar Attachment save in Outlook? Follow
Are you unable to add your calendar attachment to your Outlook calendar? Are you receiving the "As the meeting organizer, you do not need to respond to the meeting" error?
We've got the fix!
Simply head into your Event Settings and enter a "Event Host" name
When your Host field is left blank and attendees try to save the event to their calendar using some versions of Outlook, they will see they are listed as the meeting organizer and that a response to the meeting isn't required.
Guests also won't see the option to Save & Close the calendar attachment in Outlook since it is listed as a meeting. They will only see the option to Delete.
Once the text is entered and saved for the Host field, Outlook users will receive an attachment that allows them to add the calendar attachment as an appointment and save!
