What's available with my Reporting tab's Account Overview dashboard? Follow
If you're looking to see event data for all your programs, including users and repeat RSVPers, you've come to the right place! The Account Overview Dashboard reflects the user activity, event activity, RSVPs summary, messaging, and more.
There are 4 sections within this dashboard:
- User Activity
- Event Activity
- Loyalist Summary
- Message Activity Summary
Important Note: Our reporting dashboards are powered by Sisense. There is a 5MB limit for embedded (Reporting Tab) dashboards. If you are concerned that not all rows in a report are loading, please submit a case to our Support team.

User Activity
Under User Activity, you'll see 7 reports detailing a variety of information pertaining to the users in your organization.
- Number of Users: just as straightforward as you'd think!
- Date the first member of your organization registered for a Splash account
- Last date someone in the organization registered for a Splash account
- Percentage of users actively creating events
- User List: a chart with all active users listed, including First Name, Last Name, Email, Group, Sign-up Date, Last Active Date, events owned, and events collaborating on.
- Bar graph showing the annual overview of the number of sign-ups for your organization
- A pie graph showing users based on the number of events they've created:
Event Activity
Under Event Activity, you'll find 23 total reports providing information on the events your team is throwing.
The first section is quantitative:
- Total Number of Events
- Total Number of RSVPs
- Total Number of Check-ins
- Total Number of Walk-ins: Checked-in without RSVPing
- Total Number of Drop Offs: # of RSVPs that don't Check-in, for past events using check-in
- Percent of Guest Lists that RSVP'd for past events
- Percent of Guest List that Checked-in, for past events using check-in
- Percent of RSVPs that don't Check-in for past events using check-in
The second section gets a bit more detailed:
- Event Footprint: the locations of all events on a map
- Average Event Funnel: the number of invited guests who RSVP and get checked in
- Event Metrics:
- When the event was created
- Who created the event
- What groups have access to the event
- Event ID
- Event Title
- Venue Name
- Event Domain
- Event Start Date
- Event Type
- What theme was used to create the event
- Any event level tags
- If it's a hub (this is broken out to 0 if it's an event and 1 if it's a hub)
- City where the event is being hosted
- State where the event is taking place
- Country where the event is taking place
- Salesforce campaign ID (if you have the integration set up)
- Max capacity set under event settings
- How many people are on the Guest List
- Total number of Awaiting Reply guests
- Total number of RSVPs
- Total number of Waitlisted guests
- Total number of Check ins
- Monthly Event Graph: shows the total number of events thrown month over month and the average number of events thrown that month
- Monthly RSVPs & Check-in Graph: shows the number of RSVPs month over month in green and the number of Check-ins in yellow
- RSVPs and Check-ins by Day of the Week: breaks down the number of events each day of the week, the total number of RSVPs and the total number of check-ins
- RSVPs and Check-ins by Time of Day: breaks down the number of RSVPs and the total number of check-ins per time of day
- Event Count by Event Types Pie Chart
- Event Type Comparision: shows the number of events, RSVPs, average RSVPs per event, check-ins, and average number of check-ins per event for all event types used in an organization
- Event Count by Splash Themes: shows the number of events using an specific theme in a pie chart
- Splash Theme Comparison: shows the number of events, RSVPs, average RSVPs per event, check-ins, and average number of check-ins per event for all themes used in an organization
- Event Count by Splash Tags: the number of events using a specific tag in a pie chart
- Splash Tag Comparison: shows the number of events, RSVPs, average RSVPs per event, check-ins, average number of check-ins per event for all themes used in an organization
- Tracking Links: what the tracking link is, the title of the event using the tracking link, number of page views, unique page views, RSVPs/tickets sold, and ticket sales (all per tracking link)
- RSVP Span: RSVP distribution based on the event date (i.e. 60% of RSVPs happen 4-6 days before the event start)
Loyalist Summary
Under your Loyalist Summary, you'll find more detailed information pertaining to your attendees. There are 9 total reports and a graph under your Loyalist Summary:
- Contacts RSVP'd to 2+ Events: the number of Contacts who RSVP'd to more than 2 events
- Contacts RSVP'd to 3+ Events: the number of Contacts who RSVP'd to more than 3 events
- Contacts RSVP'd to 4+ Events: the number of Contacts who RSVP'd to more than 4 events
- New vs Repeat RSVPers: comparing those who have RSVP'd once versus those who have RSVP'd more than once
- New & Repeat RSVPers Bar Graph: the number of new RSVPers and the number of repeat RSVPers
- New RSVPers: a list of all new RSVPs showing the below details
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
- Contact RSVP Date
- RSVP Event Titles
- If they Checked-in or not
- Repeat RSVPers: a list of all those who have attended more than one event
- Contact Name
- Contact Email
- Contact's Most Recent RSVP Date
- Total number of RSVPs
- RSVP Event Titles
- Number of Checked-ins
- Checked-in Event Titles
- New Check-Ins: a list of all the first time check-ins
- Contact Name
- Contact Email

- Repeat Check-Ins: a list of attendees who have checked in more than once

Message Activity Summary
Looking to understand your emails more? Look no further than your Message Activity Summary! This includes 15 different reports:
- Email Campaigns: the number of total email campaigns that have been created across all of your events
- Emails Sent: the total number of emails sent from all of your events
- Bounce Rate: the percent of total bounced emails
- Open Rate: the percent of opened emails
- Click Rate: the percent of guests who clicked something in your email to take them to the landing page
- Emails Sent, Open Rate & Click Rate by Month: a graph that shows the number of emails sent, the open rate and the click rate in comparison to each other
- Mobile vs Web - Opens & Clicks: the number of opens and the number of clicks per attendee accessing the email on the web version and the mobile version of their email application
- Mobile vs Web Breakdown: the number of opens, the percent of opens, the number of clicks and the percent of clicks broken down by mobile and web versions of a guest's email application
- Mobile vs Web - Opens: a pie chart that shows the number of opens compared to mobile and web
- Mobile vs Web - Clicks: a pie chart that shows the number of clicks compared to mobile and web
- Email Campaign Performance: all of your email campaigns broken down
- Send Date
- Event ID
- Event Title
- Domain
- Email Template
- Campaign Name
- Subject of the email campaign
- Total number of Sends
- Number of emails delivered
- Number of emails Opened
- Number of emails Clicked
- Bounce Rate in percent
- Open Rate in percent
- Click Rate in percent
- All Event Unsubscribes: number of attendees who have unsubscribed to all events associated with your organization
- Single Event Unsubscribes: the number of attendees who have unsubscribed to just one event
- Unsubscribe Table: a list of attendee emails who have unsubscribed, the date they have unsubscribed, and if they unsubscribed to one event or all events
- Unsubscribes Over Time: trend line graph reflecting the number of unsubscribes per month
Filters
Now that you understand all the data available, check out how to filter it so it's digestible!
There are four ways you can filter data in this dashboard:
- Event Filter: this will show you all of the available events to see your User Activity, Event Activity, Loyalist Summary, and Message Activity Summary specific to events
- Users: a list of all account holders in your organization (this can be leveraged to see event performance per account holder)
- Event Type: shows you a list of all the different Event Types available in your organization to see how a specific kind of event is performing
- Event Tags: all tags used on the event level
