How do I add the event location on my guest's ticket confirmation email?

When setting up your ticket confirmation email, the location of your event will automatically populate in the ticket and refund receipt as long as the Name or Address lines have been filled in for the Event Settings. 


For instance, your Location's City, State, Country and Zip will only display if either one of these values are included.

Address Only:


Name Only:


If both the Name and Address values are missing, all other values in the Location will be left blank from transaction emails sent to guests.

Set the event's location as TBD and it will display like so:


With this in mind, it's always a good idea to test your ticket purchase so you can preview the guest experience for yourself.
