How do I add Sessions to my calendar?

You've RSVP'd to your event, registered for your sessions, and now need a friendly calendar reminder for when they're held. Don't worry - we've got you covered! 

You can download your sessions using the Show Agenda button located on the Sessions Page. Each Session name along with their corresponding location, time, and date will be imported as separate calendar events.

To download your sessions to your calendar:

1. Click on the Show Agenda button from your Sessions Management page.


2. Click on the Add All Events to My Calendar button.



3. Download the .ics file.


 4. Import into your corresponding email application by selecting the downloaded .ics file.
