[In-Person Sessions] How do my guests view and edit their Sessions? Follow
After RSVPing to an event, guests are emailed a unique Sessions URL that allows them to select and edit their sessions.
The In-Person Sessions Theme features two predesigned emails, a confirmation email and a reminder email, that contain a Modify Sessions button. Guests will need to click on this button to access the unique URL housing their sessions information.
Confirmation Email:
We strongly recommend keeping this button in both the confirmation email and the reminder email so that guests consistently receive communication that directs them back to their Sessions URL for any modifications that need to be made.
Pro Tip: If you struggle with email deliverability (and let's face it - we all do!), then we recommend having guests bookmark their unique Sessions URL in their browser after RSVPing. This allows them to quickly revisit their Sessions URL to make any adjustments to their schedule without having to rely on their inbox |
In addition to the Modify Sessions button, the reminder email will include a waitlisted and confirmed sessions dynamic tag.

Pro Tip: Add the Guest Schedule Link column to your guest list to view each guest's unique Session URL. Each URL can be copied directly from the guest list for any one-off sends. |
