Splash's Email Sender lets you easily create session-specific email lists for a multi-session event. This helps you send emails to recipients based on their session and status for the event.
To create a session-specific list in Email Sender:
- Create your email
- After you completed your email design, click the Recipients button or the Recipients step at the top.
- Under the Add List dropdown, select the By Session option.

Select the session status and the session(s) for the email recipients.
- Once the options are selected, click Add List to set up the email list.

Note: Recipients can be added after a list is created. For example, if you create a list for a session with 10 guests today but an additional 5 guests register tomorrow, those guests will then be part of the list. |
