Guest data associated with your past Splash events created while you were a customer will be removed from your account and our database. Any events you created with a free Splash account will not be included in the data removal.

Guest data refers to any personal identifiable information (PII). That includes guest list responses across all your events, including names, email addresses, and answers to custom registration questions. Once the data is removed it cannot be recovered.
