Meeting Scheduling with Chili Piper Follow
Scheduling meetings with guests is a cumbersome and often manual process. Searching for the best time results in sharing multiple potential timeslots back and forth. Schedule meetings with Chili Piper's integration with Splash to embed forms and direct calendar booking links to in-person or virtual event pages. Chili Piper exposes calendars directly within your Splash page and with Concierge where you can add complex rules to ensure you get the right people in the room.
You can set up:
- Handoff (Individual calendar)
- Meeting Queues (Round robin)
- Concierge (Look up the correct person)
See the Chili Piper help center for more information about meeting types.

How the integration works
The integration allows you to embed Chili Piper on a Splash event page to book meetings. Event attendees can then schedule a meeting with the event organizer.
The types of methods for meetings
Concierge Router: Use the provided information to choose the right person. This can use data from the CRM to assign a person based on things like company, region, or account status. An example would be a customer getting their CX person when booking time.
Direct Booking Link: Direct booking places a link to an individual’s calendar directly on the page to book with that person.
Queue LInk: Select a time and get assigned to someone based on simple rules set up in Chili Piper (like round-robin).
