Why haven't I received my email from Splash?

If you or your guests haven't received an email from Splash on time, it's possible there is a slight delay in delivery from our email processor SendGrid. Feel free to check out their status page for real-time updates.

If this occurs it could be a 10 to 20-minute delay, but if it's been over an hour please reach out to us and we'll investigate.

Don't forget that you can view who's received and opened your Splash emails right from within the email sender.
