Why is the image in my email cut off in Outlook? Follow
Our email templates are designed to be optimized to best fit all possible window views, devices and applications your guests could use to view the email. However, once you take the wheel with email design there are a few parameters to look out for.
Some versions of Microsoft Outlook (2007, 2010, and 2013) have a maximum image height restrictions of 1728 pixels. To avoid the top or bottom of your image being cut off in these versions of Outlook, make sure that the image you upload to your email has a height less than 1728 pixels.
We also recommend sending emails no wider than 550 pixels wide to ensure better deliverability to your guests' inboxes.
If the email is too large, it can often trigger spam filters and not display properly for your guests. A larger image may look great on your personal email application, but there are way too many browser, application, and device combinations that could cause visibility problems for your guests.
