How do I limit one ticket order per email address?
To limit one ticket order per email address, just follow the steps below.
1. Click on the Tickets tab in your event page's right-side toolbar.
2. Select the Limit One Order per Email option, shown below.
The "Limit One Order Per Email" checkbox works as follows: If that option is selected, your guest can place an order and submit - but - if they decide to go back to the landing page and place another order, they will not be able to.
However, this checkbox does not prevent guests from purchasing more than one ticket type within a single order. If this is what you're looking for, reach out to our support team for best recommendations!
