The event owner will always receive information submitted using the Contact the Organizer button; there isn't a way to change this. However, you do have the option of changing the event owner of your Splash page.

Furthermore, you always have the option to add collaborators who are able to receive contact notes and RSVP notifications. You can toggle your collaborators' notification settings at any time by clicking on the Event Settings tab.
