Why do I need to verify my account to send emails?

We have one of the highest reputations as an email sending service, which helps us deliver emails to your guests' primary inbox. In order to maintain that level of service, we have to ward off people who may abuse our platform. Spam is no joke. 

To send emails through Splash, you'll need two verifications:

Verification by Splash

To gain access to send emails through Splash, you'll need to request access to verify your account. 

If you received a notification when attempting to purchase additional email credits, our team has already been notified and will reach out once you've been approved.

Verification by Email

When you attempt to send your first test email through Splash, you'll be notified to verify your Splash account's email address. 

From your Profile Settings, you can re-trigger the verification email to your account to verify your identity at any time.
