How to Auto-Populate the RSVP Form Follow
Worried that asking your attendees to fill out their information over and over again for your events is too time-consuming? Or worse, preventing guests from registering? Leave those worries behind.
With our RSVP form auto-populate feature, guests you email through Splash will now see their first name, last name, email address, and previous responses filled out as soon as they click the RSVP button.
|
Warning: Auto-population only applies to the Primary Guest. Information like First Name, Last Name, or answers to custom questions will not populate for plus-ones. |
How to enable or disable
The auto-populate feature is enabled by default across all RSVP events. Heads up that this feature is not available on ticketed events.
If you need to turn auto-population off, please reach out to Splash Support with your event page's URL, and we can manually disable this feature per event.
How it works
For the auto-populate feature to work, you must email the guest through Splash's Email Sender.
Once your guest opens your email and clicks a link to your event page, the RSVP will be auto-filled with the guest's first name, last name, and email and any additional contact information like company and job title you provided when importing or uploading your recipient list.
|
Note: Keep in mind that if your guest forwards their email invitation to a friend, the original guest's information will be auto-populated in the registration form. |
