Tags are identifiers for your contacts. What does a name mean to your marketing team? What about sales, or recruiting?
By adding tags to your event contacts, you can segment your email sequencing, on-site identification, and post-event engagement analytics to specific target audiences.
To upload tags for new or already existing contacts, simply create a .CSV spreadsheet file with a minimum of two columns: email address and tags.
Make sure that you have a column header for each column and that tags are all in one column, separated by commas. Learn more about formatting your .CSV file here.
