What happens if I go over my contacts limit?

Your launch event was way more successful than you and your college roommate ever dreamed, but now you have 8,000 event attendees (ahem, *leads) you need to comb through and intelligently filter to your team. 

If you have an Enterprise license, you can buy more contacts at any time on a monthly or yearly basis from your Billing section, depending on your plan.

If you're in a tight squeeze and can't purchase just yet, we get it. Your contacts will still collect as you throw and manage your events, but you'll be receiving reminders from us to add more. Some functionality in the CRM like targeted filtering, search, and list management may also be locked off.

However, it's most important to note: we will never delete your contacts without your permission. They'll be there waiting for you when you come back!
