How do I resend a ticket to a guest?
To resend tickets to your guests, simply hop into the RSVP tab of your event page's toolbar.
1. Use the search tool to find the guest you're looking for.
Pro tip: By opening Filter Responses, sort by Every Ticket if you're looking for a specific attendee.
2. To the right of the guest's name, click on the pencil icon.
3. Clicking there will open the Edit Attendee window, and you'll see a "Resend" option next to the ticket price.
Need to update the guest's email address?
Click on the Edit Attendee section to update his or her information before resending.
