Will my Splash page look the same across all internet browsers and devices?

We test our Splash themes for compatibility across browsers and devices, ensuring your guests across the globe all view the same design that you've worked hard to build.

For viewing Splash pages, we support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

With that said, all browsers recognize web pages a little differently. The design can also vary based on the size of the device you're using to view the page. For example, it's possible that a larger phone screen may adopt the tablet page design rather than the mobile one.

As a best practice, we recommend testing the viewing experience across multiple browsers as well as mobile devices.

If you're seeing significant differences on your site using various browsers and devices, submit a request and we'll be happy to take a look.

Having trouble viewing your page in Internet Explorer?

As Microsoft ended support for Internet Explorer in early 2016, we understand that many audiences do not have access to updated web browsers.

We provide limited support for design, collecting RSVPs and selling tickets for Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11). If you are experiencing these issues with IE 11, please submit a request with relevant screenshots.

Overall, rendering Splash pages in older versions of Internet Explorer presents Splash and many other web-based platforms with serious roadblocks to contend with. Outdated browser versions do not recognize the majority of programming languages we use to make our Splash pages beautiful (primarily CSS and Javascript).
