How do I update the purchase time limit for ticket sales?

Looking to set a maximum time period for ticket purchase process? Here's how!

1. In the Tickets tab, create a new ticket or click into an existing ticket type.

2. In the settings under the Order Time Limit section, choose from 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes.

This will be the total amount of time that ticket buyers can have to complete their purchase before the page expires. While a guest has 1 or more tickets in their cart prior to purchase, this will appear as a pending ticket in your admin RSVP tab. 

Don't forget, this includes the time it takes to answer your order form questions! If you're collecting every detail about their lives, you may want to increase the time allotted.
