I purchased emails, but I don't see the credit in my event. What should I do?

Chances are you purchased the email credits but didn't associate the purchase to a specific event. Check out your billing page to confirm the title of the event the credits applied to.

If you've made a mistake in your purchase, submit a request at the top of this page. Just be sure to include the email address associated with the purchase.
