Can I offer partial refunds to my guests?
- Head to the RSVP tab of of your Splash page. Search or filter to find the guest you're looking to issue a refund to.
- Hover over the guest's name and click the pencil icon that appears on the right.
- In the window that opens, click the "Issue a Refund/Revoke Tickets" button.
Let's break down a few scenarios:
1. To revoke a ticket and refund the full purchase amount, select the checkbox next to the ticket then click “Process Refund/Revoke”.
2. To revoke a ticket and refund a portion of the purchase, select the checkbox next to the ticket and manually enter the amount to refund, then click “Process Refund/Revoke."
3. To refund a portion of the purchase amount, but not revoke the ticket, deselect the checkbox next to the ticket, manually enter the dollar amount to refund, then click “Process Refund/Revoke.”
