When a refund has been successfully processed, you will know it. In fact, there are two different ways you can verify:
- In the “RSVP” portal, under the “Total Payout” figure, you’ll see that a new dollar amount has been added: “refunded” (should be a negative figure).
- In the “RSVP” portal, at the bottom, below where it reads “Filter Responses,” you will see the list of responses to your event. Any ticket that has been refunded will be colored with a light red hue.
So you are aware, the buyer will also receive notification via an automated Refund Notification email.
