How does a ticket purchaser go about requesting a refund?
When a ticket purchaser wants to request a refund, he or she must contact the event organizer directly. This can be done through the “Contact the Organizer” button that appears at the bottom of every Splash page.
Only the event organizer can issue a refund. If the ticket purchaser contacts Splash directly requesting a refund, we advise that purchaser to contact the event organizer.
