I see a Splash charge on my statement, but I asked for a refund. Why?
When you request a refund it does not erase the charge from your billing statement. Rather, it adds another negative charge to cancel out the original.
Therefore, if you request a refund you will not see zero line items for any descriptor starting with SPL. You will see two line items: one positive and one negative.
