Many times, the decline may be due to your bank or credit card institution. In these instances, a quick phone call may provide more insight into why the decline took place, and immediate action can be taken on their end.
Sometimes, credit card declines happen due to the IP Address you’re using to purchase tickets from, which means your location has been flagged by our Fraud Monitoring department.
