Do I still have to print out the "free ticket" I purchased?

For questions about the event’s check-in process, it’s best to reach out to the event organizer directly. You can do this by heading to the footer of Splash page where you purchased the ticket, and clicking on the dedicated "Contact the Organizer" button.

With that said, Splash’s tickets are optimized for scanning on either your mobile device or as a print-out, so you should be covered either way.
