Yes, but we recommend reaching out within 5 days after the event has taken place.
Splash leaves all refund decisions to the discretion of the event organizer.
We recommend checking out what your event's refund policy is before you purchase tickets!
On the same page from which you purchased the ticket, you’ll find a dedicated “Contact the Organizer” button in the footer. This is a direct email contact for the event planner.
We recommend explaining your situation to the organizer, and if your request is consistent with his or her policy, the organizer will be able to re-issue your funds instantly.
If you for some reason find the organizer to be unresponsive, acting unfairly, or the event was not as advertised, please do not hesitate to submit a request, and we’ll follow up on your behalf.
