The event was canceled. What now?
If an event was canceled and you have not heard from the event organizers, please reach out to them directly.
On the same page from which you purchased the ticket, you’ll find a dedicated “Contact the Organizer” button in the footer. This is a direct email contact for the event planner.
If for some reason you find the organizer to be unresponsive or acting unfairly, please do not hesitate to submit a request, and we’ll follow up on your behalf.
