How do I request a refund?
Splash leaves all refund decisions to the discretion of the event organizer.
On the same page from which you purchased the ticket, you’ll find a dedicated “Contact the Organizer” button in the footer — this is a direct email contact to the person who created the event website.
We recommend explaining your situation to the organizer, and if your request is consistent with his or her policy, the organizer will be able to re-issue your funds instantly.
If you for some reason find the organizer to be unresponsive or acting unfairly, please do not hesitate to submit a request at the top of the page, and we’ll follow up on your behalf.
