I forgot to enter my discount code. What do I do?

Splash leaves all discount decisions to the discretion of the event organizer.

On the same page from which you purchased the ticket, you’ll find a dedicated “Contact the Organizer” button in the footer. This is a direct email contact to the event organizer.

We recommend explaining your situation to the organizer. If your request is consistent with his or her policy, the organizer will be able to issue a partial or full refund.

Please note: Depending on the recency of your purchase and the organizer's payout method, the organizer may not be able to issue a partial refund. If the tickets are in high demand, we recommend requesting a full refund and then re-purchasing the ticket using the discount code. Event organizers, let us know if you have further questions!
