How do I edit ticket messaging?
Whenever a guest purchases a ticket from your Splash page, there are 3 messages associated with the sale that the guest will receive. You have the power to customize each of these messages:
1) On-Screen Confirmation Message
2) Info within the Confirmation Email
3) Info on the Ticket PDF
- In the toolbar anchored to the right of your Splash page, click the Tickets tab.
- Now, click right onto the ticket type you’d like to work on.
- Scroll down and click on the Messaging drop down; this will open up three fields for you to edit the messaging text.
- Create your messages, preview each using its respective Preview eye icon button and click Save in the toolbar at the top of the section to complete the process.
