How do I edit ticket messaging?

How to Edit On-Page and Email Confirmation Messages, As Well As the Info Appearing on the Ticket from Splash on Vimeo.

 

Whenever a guest purchases a ticket from your Splash page, there are 3 messages associated with the sale that the guest will receive. You have the power to customize each of these messages:

1) On-Screen Confirmation Message

2) Info within the Confirmation Email

3) Info on the Ticket PDF

Here's how:

  1. In the toolbar anchored to the right of your Splash page, click the Tickets tab.
  2. Now, click right onto the ticket type you’d like to work on.
  3. Scroll down and click on the Messaging drop down; this will open up three fields for you to edit the messaging text.
  4. Create your messages, preview each using its respective Preview eye icon button and click Save in the toolbar at the top of the section to complete the process.
