Or maybe you’re the one hosting the event – racking up sales – when one of your guests gets in touch to explain they won’t be able to make it.
If you’re on either side of this equation, fear not! You may be able to transfer tickets.
If the tickets are the same price
→ They can easily be transferred by the event owner.

→ The ticket order will need to be canceled and refunded.
→ The new guest can then purchase a ticket.
