So, you heard all about printing badges for guests you’ve check into the event — how about those folks who register on-site? They can get badges, too, right? Absolutely!
To make this process as efficient as possible, you’ll first want to set your registrant’s Default Status to Checked In. This will ensure your guests’ badges will print automatically without you having to go back into your list to check them in.
Here’s how to do it:
- Follow the steps outlined here for setting up the Splash app for badge printing
- When in the Splash app, after you’ve opened your event, tap the “+” icon to open your registration form
- When on the Review & Add screen, select the drop down menu to reveal more options
- Change the Status to Checked In
That’s it! Next time you register someone in the app, his or her badge will print immediately.
