How do I transfer a ticket to someone else?
If a guest requests that a purchased ticket be transferred to someone else, just follow these simple steps below:
1. Open the RSVPs tab in the toolbar to the left of your event page.
2. Find the attendee to edit.
3. Click the pencil icon, which will appear towards the right side of the purchase information.
4. Within that pop-up, enter the Edit Attendee tab.
5. Update the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
Pro-tip: If you would like an email notification (with ticket) to be sent to the guest, select the checkbox for "Send email with ticket to user upon save."
6. Click Save.
