It's never a good look to be a no show, so if you changed your mind or can't make it to an event that RSVP'd to... let's let the organizer know!
Within Splash, guests are not able to change their own responses/RSVP's, but they are able to reach out to the Event Organizer.
Note: There are some exceptions to the rule. For Splash client's whose events require single sign on (SSO), in which an invitee must log in to RSVP, cancellations of RSVPs are possible.
Here's how to contact the Event Organizer:
1. Go to the footer (the very bottom of the event page
2. Click "Contact the Organizer"
4. Fill in your information and note.
5. Click "Send Note" and it will be sent to the appropriate contact(s).
But I bought a ticket. Can I get a refund?
Splash leaves all refund decisions to the discretion of the event organizer.
We recommend explaining your situation to the organizer, and if your request is consistent with his or her policy, the organizer will be able to re-issue your funds instantly.
If you for some reason find the organizer to be unresponsive or acting unfairly, please do not hesitate to submit a request at the top of the page, and we’ll follow up on your behalf.
